I ordered from pizza box twice now. First time, the pizza was so disgusting. The dough was raw and the sauce was so sour, almost... like it was expired. I ordered again after a while just to give a second chance. I had my friends over for dinner so I decidedto get pizza box?s pizza and it was even worse the second time. No one ate the pizza so I had to throw it out. However thedelivery driver was very nice. The shop forgot to add my pop with the order so he went out of his way to make a second trip justto get it even though I told him it was okay. The first time, their machine wasn?t working so the driver had to make a secondtrip for that as well. I would give this shop a negative 10 if I could. I would not recommend ordering from them. Hey guys ?. This place is not what it used to be . Tonight wrong ingredients on pizza ?. Forgot the crust we ordered ?. Forgot... the dipping sauce ?$8 in extras we ordered was an no show ?. Awful! Both pizzas were the wrong ones. Arrived less than lukewarm, the crispy golden wings were anything but golden and crispy.... The whole order went into the garbage. Big waste of money, never again Read more
I am visiting from out of province and noticed all of the good reviews and had to send my partner to grab a small cheese and... tomato pizza for me. Not only was the pizza completely delicious, not one of those greasy messes, and the dough/crust tasted soyummy, but they also refused a tip and said to come again instead. Next time we visit for sure! Read more
Best place to stop by while you are traveling. Did have that small town, homely pizza shop feeling. Delicious menu and amazing... prizes. I will recommended and stop by again next time my trip to Beaumont. I tried other pizza shops in this town and mustthey are not that good as Pizza box. Its a hidden GEM. Read more
I am so disappointed with my experience ordering pizza tonight. First I would like to say that normally I love Pizza Box, and... the staff always say that they remember me (because apparently I am one of few people in town who order the thick crust! Lol)Today I ordered a pizza at 3:45pm. I was told 45mins for delivery. After an hour and a half and no pizza, I called to check onit. The woman (who took my order originally) on the phone said ?oh you don?t have your pizza? Umm?the delivery driver left10mins ago.? So, I assumed that they had somehow forgotten to put in my order, and gave them a second chance to make it up.After ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF (so 3hrs total now since I placed my order) I gave up. No pizza. Not even a phone call to explain.Nada. So I ordered from Basile?s. They told me it would take an hour, but were there in 30mins. I am sorry to have to leave areview like this Pizza Box, but that really is unacceptable customer service. :( Read more
