Ordered a large with Alfredo base instead of the basic marinara, and was disappointed to find when we got it home that it wasn't... Alfredo like we had ordered. Was immediately frustrated and upset, but when I called they almost immediately said they woulddeliver(we had carried out) a new pizza to us. Even in a Saturday night, they were there in around 20 minutes. Went from beingfrustrated to quite impressed with their customer service. PIZZA tastes great! we have a Friday evening tradition of ordering take-out pizza. We received a flyer with a "$13 any large... recipe pizza" coupon that expires Apr 17/22. Tried to figure out what a recipe pizza is, it seems to be regular not custompizza. We phoned the store, the guy told us the recipe pizza was their standard pizza, but said it was for a medium pizza. Wentback online, tried to order either large or medium pizza using the coupon code in tiny print. Didn't work for large or formedium pizza. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, for a good price with 2nd one discounted. I'm not sure why they print flyers and thecode doesn't work. Maybe it's a bait and switch. Not happy with ordering, but the PIZZA TASTES GREAT! UPDATE: when i stoppedat the store for pickup, i asked the guy there. he said to phone next time and they would give us the deal. Ordered 2 large homestyle crust pizzas. It was raw and so thin the crust would not hold the toppings. Called and they sent 2... new ones and they were cooked a bit longer but still raw and so thin my fingers went through the crust when lifting to eat it. Will never order again. Note: in other locations this crust is amazing, very disappointed. Read more
Usually order a lot from this place, always found it to be good but ordered a veggie pizza today it was as if was raw and not... cooked at all, I had it delivered but when I called about this they wanted me to drive down to the store with the pizza so thatthey can see it and replace if needed. The whole pizza went into the garbage.may not order again. Read more
Saturday at 6pm Ordered online .... ready in 15 minutes for pickup , but no worries had to wait an extra 5 minutes ... pizza... piping hot, crispy crust, loaded in toppings ... 1 medium supreme & 1 medium meatlover all for $25... and rewards for a freepizza ... great pizza! Read more
