Orders are always inconsistant, you can order the same drink every morning and have them get it wrong 3/5 times of the week.... Same goes with the food. Their drive thru microphone severly needs to be fixed and you sometimes have to repeat yourself 3-4times before they get it. Many of the staff are rude and interupt you while your ordering, but some are very kind (kudos to theolder lady staff who is always very sweet to me in the am) I come here every morning for years simply because it is closest tomy work and this has almost ALWAYS been the case. Its like playing roullete with your coffee every day will they get it right?If I had more time before work Def worth going to the Tim's up the hill instead. Read more
The only thing I buy from Tim hortons is the sausage biscuit I like it when it's done good. I usually get every 3rd one is... pretty good. Today's the egg was ice cold So I did turn around and take it back. Questioned that I ate half of it, That's 2bites trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Staff are excellent during the day on a weekday. Evening staff are slow and weekends are horrible. Two weekends in a row we... ordered grilled Buffalo wraps and when arriving home found breaded chicken in wraps. The first time I forgave and moved on thesecond I called to speak with manager. Of course none on shift. My info was taken and I was told they would get back to me. Aweek later and still no response. So there is 30$ wasted in the garbage and horrible customer service. Read more
