On my way to school at 8:10, I stop in to grab a hot chocolate and a donut. I watch the lady at the counter be disrespectful and... plain rude to my friend who I was with, zoning out and making my friend repeat herself time and time again. The lady quicklydismisses my friend and goes to make her order which took forever for a donut, an XL triple triple, and a red eye cappuccino,only for the coffee to be almost cold and not enjoyable. I myself ordered the hot chocolate, and when I made it to class, onlythen did I realize she just made me a simple black coffee which, I hate coffee. This is terrible service and not the first timeI've had terrible service at this location, I will not be returning, and I hope the people that see this also refrain fromchoosing Tim Horton's as their morning coffee restaurant. This Tim Hortons is one of the best. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The bagel is always toasted perfectly.

I ordered a Large coffee and 2 hashbrowns and it took 10 minutes for my order to be completed. I am very disappointed. A lady... ordered a full meal 5 minutes after I placed my order and her food came to her immediately while I was still waiting on 2hashbrowns. Read more

A Young man working by himself and no another customer in line was very confident however the coffee was just over half full and... cream not milk. Nothing marked on the lid. Went back to return and I was speaking to the very polite lady when he bulldozed inand said it was milk and took money and gave it to me with an over confident smirk. He may as well said now get out. I think Iknow when something tastes different. Pretty rude. Just fill it up and fix your milk / cream. Would have worked better if youhad let her do her job. Not take over with a bad attitude. Someone should let him know its not good service. But I won't let onebad employee stop me from going here. Just would like to share the not so nice experience. Otherwise a good Tim Hortons. Everyday they will mess up with your order for sure. I don't decode till it happens couple of times so today I ordered only two... vanilla iced coffee person even repeated it but got just iced coffee instead. It happened jn the part they charged me for otherorder. One day I used 5 different cards but all declined I said may be your machine is wrong but the lady said no no your cardsare all broken may be no funds very rude than I went inside to swipe same card at front it worked. Went to try the new freshly brewed iced tea quencher, and was told that the iced tea and the passion fruit tea lemonade were the... same so they ended up giving us that even though we made it clear that they were two different things (if they weren?t why wouldthere be the 2 different drinks in the app). To boot my drink ended up having floaters in the bottom, I?m not going back to thestore to get told that I?m wrong even though it literally says in their app and on their drive through menu that they have itand that it?s 2 different drinks. There?s a 50 cent difference in the drinks so if they were the same thing why would i be ableto get it cheaper by calling it something else. Train your employees better please. Read more
