Not sure what's going on with the buns at Bakers the last few times we've gone the bread is hard not like it used to be, not... sure if they toast it on the grill? I hate to leave this 1 star review...because I LOVE Bakers. I'm just going to be honest: "Brianna" needs to not work in fast... food. She's rude, sloppy, and NEVER gets orders right. Every single time she has taken our order, it has been WAY wrong. TonightI ordered the mama twin meal with a cherry coke. First she forgot my drink all together. Then she didn't add cherry to it whileI watched her (cherry is an extra $0.55). She took a really long time to hand me my order, they were not busy. When she finallyhanded it to me, it wasn't even warm anymore because it had been sitting on the counter while she took another order. I don'tlike complaining...but Brianna needs to definitely not work in fast food. This has happened more than 10x ONLY with Brianna.Finally leaving a review. Sorry ??????? Read more
Yesterday I got the breakfast burrito add potatoes. The tortilla seems improved - Baker's used to have papery tortillas and this... was much more authentic, thicker, fresh, chewy. The eggs were excellent with no off-putting sulfur smell like Del Taco's eggs.The tots (potatoes) were crisp and fresh and the cheese was a perfect amount. Very disappointed, Went through the drive thru. I watched one of the female employees eating fries and then continue to put the... food in bags. It appeared another employee noticed it and laughed. This kinda grossed me out being that I ordered fries. Thenwhen I got home the sour cream and jalapenos I ordered were not on my chili cheese fries. I have always thought Bakers was thebest out of all fast food restaurants. Looks like you guys are following the trend of bad customer service. Read more
Barkers has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid love the burgers and fries ???? and even though I just started... getting the ???? tacos I?m a really big fan of them. ( never had a soggy one ) always crisp and fresh my usual is the thedouble papa burger combo always hits the spot the drive through is always packed ( pre pandemic ). And currently. I've been visiting Bakers since I was six years old and the food has always been great. Far better than In-and-Out or... Whataburger. If I were to criticize it at all it would just be that the building is also the same from when I was six years old.They keep it clean but there is just general wear and tear that years have left behind. Even so, I plan to continue going everytime I find myself able. Whether you get a burger, burrito, or even just a shake you'll leave happy. Read more
