I've lived in Beaumont for about 6 years now Fuego craving is a good place to eat but waiting time is ridiculous. Placed an... order for pick up multiple times to only be told they just started making the food and it's been well over 20 mins or they don'trecall the order. This place is super clean they always keep it nice and clean The reason why they got 3 stars not zero. Been here twice both... times they messed up my order first time I asked for a surf and turf taco and they charged me for the burrito I saw burrito onthe screen so I ask the lady it's a taco right she looks at her screen and says yes. The burrito (double the amount) I go andsit and sure enough they bring me the burrito and charged me for it my lunch was almost over so I took it and left the flavornot to good. I was so excited cuz i love birria. I was concerned maybe it would have too much heat. But nah. This birria has ZERO flavoring.... It?s just shredded beef! Where?s that consommé flavor?! And y?all have an entire menu just for the birria? So disappointed.Then it was covered in so much sauce everything was just a soggy mush including the chips. I had to use a fork cuz it wasshredding. No real guacamole. Just this liquid sauce that?s clearly canned. Just like the nacho cheese. Not authentic at all.And just like all the other bad reviews state, there?s a gross amount of fat and some sort of skin/ligament? I honestly couldn?teven tell. It was just nasty. Clean and friendly staff. No sign for only bills under $20 wouldn?t take my $100 on a $40 order but that?s understandable with... less cash transactions. Food was good, not great but good. Tacos say guacamole but it?s like a pinch and for the price of thetacos and only 1 Tortilla kinda disappointing. Maybe if the cashier was more friendly and helpful I could have gotten what I wanted. She act so stuck up like she couldn?t be... bothered. The rest of the staff looked more friendly. Food is just ok, I?m sure if she made suggestions it would have helped.???????? Read more
