Anytime I'm out about and I see in and out I got to stop. Yes their menu is small and simple but the food and service is always... great. Anytime you drive by and see a long line you know because it has good food had a great price with great service. Theyoung lady that take my order was just as happy as can be. MICHAEL has impeccable customer service skills. My order was to eat there but one of the employees had my order in to go bags (I... didn?t really care anyways I was just going to eat it in my car) but MICHAEL saw my order being brought out and told me he wasgoing to put my food in a red tray because he remembered I wanted to eat it there, and did it all with an exceptional attitude.This man should be the face of this company because he is the reason I walked out 100% satisfied while contemplating whyIn-N-out has the reputation it does.
