Kinda busy at this location, starting lunch time. Got tacos and rootbeer. Even tho a small sign said "free" curly fries with any... purchase, they weren't really free. I looked my receipt and I was charged $1 for donation to No Kid Hungry. Took 8 minutes toget my order in the dining room. Place was about a third full of people. Quite a few tables did need some attention. Overall avery good visit. Read more
Definitely 5 stars! I went through the drive thru a little earlier tonight and the customer service I received was amazing ????... I was helped by a young man named Xavier and I personally wanted to mention his name in this review because he was verywelcoming and polite to me. The drive thru staff is on it 2 boys working as a team and they got our large order perfect Hard workers A+++
It's a brand new store with clean bathrooms and a very nice lobby. This JACK seems to get your food to you faster than the... other burger places in town. The prices are very affordable!! The staff is really friendly and quick to provide customerservice!! Read more

Easily the best Jack in the Box in the Beaumont/Pass area. Been here many times (drive thru & dine-in) and they always get my... custom/big orders correct. The staff are always polite and the food is great (it actually looks like the menu pics!). Thereare 2 other Jack's closer to me but I prefer to come to this location simply because I know I'm always going to get greatservice and food. Thank you! Read more
I went through the drive thru my app wasn't working right but I of course by the time I got to the window it started working... they told to just order on the app and come in they will hold my food for me, but gave us the drinks. So I did I went in themanager said hey I'm remaking your order so it will be fresh.. IM HAPPY WITH THAT!! ???? also when I went in I was greeted bysomeone who was on her break, FRIENDLY!!!
