Food was not that great. Being Hispanic you tend to want Spicy. None of their food I was told by the establishment is spicy... because some people don't like spicy. Well what about the other people that do? When I reminded the waitress for water sheliterally snapped and seemed bothered because I asked her. First and last time visit to Ramona's! Read more

This is normally one of our go to?s but this week they were ?off?. Good wasn?t as good as normal and service was a bit abrasive.... The bus boy was amazing though. Won?t prevent us from going back just an off day I hope. Read more

Stopped here on the way to a conference in Arizona, one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 in the area on a Tuesday. The kid... running the front desk looked like he had lost a dog or relative and was more annoyed than welcoming. He told us to sit whereverwe'd like, I grabbed the only open booth. A few minutes later, he comes over with menus looks at me and walks straight backwith menus still in hand. No "welcome" or "thank you for coming", nothing. So odd I thought, but then he came right back andsaid "can you get up, I have to clean this table?" No "I'm sorry, I have to clean this" or "please allow me to clean this."Again, super odd welcome. A few minutes went by and this really nice server came to our table and things were perfect from thatpoint on. She was welcoming, told us about the song playlist we were enjoying, and laughed a joke a told about my wife beingfrom Orange County. The carne asada was delicious, my wife had what looked like a giant flauta and a taco. She ordered amargarita that was nearly overflowing (definitely not complaining). We'd go here again for sure. I'd have to guess that it isthe best restaurant in the area, great food and a cool little atmosphere. Read more

Best green sauce I ever had. They sell it too. I was so happy. At 1st I didn't get very good service but then it turned into ... almost perfect. I think the owner took over and got me my chips cause she saw I was waiting. Really nice place can't wait to goback. They really care about good service and their food. Read more

I have eaten at Ramona?s for over 30 years. We took my Mom to lunch for her 84th BDay. We ?literally? sat there for at least 20... minutes and only received 3 out of our 4 drinks (there were 4 of us). Never received chips or salsa - no order ever taken. Whenmy niece told the waitress we were leaving and said something about the service - there was no offer to simply apologize andtake our order - we simply had to pay for the drinks we had received. I saw the owner in the kitchen and I am totally shockedthat there was ZERO Customer Service offered. Restaurants need repeat business - I will go to La Casita from now on. TOTALLYsurprised at the TOTAL ?lack? of service. Read more

Love this place! I was on a time crunch and they were super helpful about that. Got the taco salad which is a good little fix... before the rest of the day, though nothing super special. Love the chips and salsa. Horchata is 10/10 highly recommend. Read more
