Came here on three separate occasions and I've had a horrible experience each time. Poor management, slow work ethic... (especially during lunch), sodas running dry, they never have the veggies and meats needed for a sandwich, rude to customer(especially the elderly), etc. Never coming back here. Read more

I visited this location on June 14 around 2:30 and there was a large line ahead of me. The young girl making the sandwiches... looked stressed and I heard the ladies in front of me say that the manager was sitting at the table. The girl making thesandwiches asked the manager if she could assist her with the line to which the manager replied YOULL BE OK and continued tovisit with a older man sitting with her. ridiculous, terrible management at this location. will not be returning. I went there today and once again I was subject to terrible customer service. Even though it is the closest Subway to me, I... definitely will not go back. They need to brush up on their customer service skills. Don't go there! It is almost like they dontwant to sell you a sandwich. Read more

Today between 11-12 went in for lunch and it had a big line the girl behind the counter fixing the sandwiches looked frustrated... but was doing the best she could with no one helping her. The worker that could of been helping her was to busy visiting hergranddaughter in the store in front of everyone. So much for teamwork. Read more

Walked into the store after getting an email saying my order was almost done to find out that they hadn't even started my order.... Also I walked in and the women behind the counter never acknowledged me and then waited 15 minutes before they even talked to me. They then told me they were about to start my order. The women also did nothing but complain about her job. This unfortunatelywas the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. They also wouldn't give me a receipt so I can't even fill out a survey onsubways website. Read more

Just wanted to take the time to say Brain your a very hard and patient worker. I watched you handle both online orders coming in... as well as in house orders at the same time like nothing. You worked quickly through it all while staying calm and cool with nohesitation and it was busy and u never stop smiling and being curtious thro it all. My only complaint it that I couldn't show ugratitudity I only had debt card and a tip is not an option with payment. Not everyone has cash on them nowadays so maybe theycan consider adding as an option.for the future. Otherwise keep up the amazing job Brian and thank you for the amazing lunch. Read more

Crazy day...on 9/21 we drove out to Beaumont to see family and by 2pm we were starving (we should have had breakfast!)! Saw... this Subway and pulled over. Wrote down what I wanted (I work near one so I have my own veggie sandwich creation) and sent myfriend in to get our sandwiches. We drove away not looking at the sandwiches and I wish we would have. The bread was dried outand crusty (seemed old!), the condiments were barely there and as for the veggies... where the heck were they? I threw it awayand had a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos for Lunch...thanks Subway! Wish I would have kept the receipt. It's bad enough that theirsandwiches don't have any flavor to begin with, but this is inexcusable! Why is it their sandwiches look SO great incommercials with lots of veggies, etc. but if you ask for Jalapeno you get 4 tiny slices, 5 leaves of wilted spinach and soforth. There really is no excuse for such poor execution of a sandwich...it's a SANDWICH! You're not recreating the wheel! UGH! Read more
