To any concerning manager/owner caring about a professional business. On 9/1/21 at 4pm I approached the "order here" line behind... a woman and her 2 children which were already patiently waiting to be helped. It seemed like they were waiting for a while. Soas roughly 5 minutes pass by I go to the side where the cash register is to get someone's attention. The employee 7741 with theneck tattoo was out back washing dishes careless about the front. I spoke up by saying excuse me so maybe she could hear me asshe washed pans. I was unlucky because she disappeared out back. At this point I went threw the employee door to get herattention and kindly asked if we could get some help. She said "when I get up front I will" in a very disrespectful way. Sheacknowledged there was people waiting but seemed careless and continued to do what she was doing. Luckily the driver who showedup with cups was present and had barely showed up when I went threw the door. He witnessed the rude tone of voice andprofessionalism from the employee. In essence, I witnessed two potential customers leaving because there was no employee. Idefinitely will not be back. You might want to evaluate this employee for she might be causing more of a loss to the business. Read more
Service, quality of food, selection, all are hit and miss. You never know at this location. Why is roast beef no longer an... option? Fewer bread options than other locations. App doesn't match in store options either. Read more
They have delicious healthy fast-food not for the poor quality related to fast food as French fries but because they prepare... your sandwich in front of you with what you want and a very reasonable low price.... Read more
On October 16th after shopping at Walmart, I decided to get Subway. Normally when I order from there the service and food is... great. So, today ( October 16th,2020) I'm ordering my sandwich at about 1:30-2pm and the lady taking my order misunderstood whatI was saying. I assume because of the mask we have to wear. The lady was not the problem. The guy she was working with( kindatall light skinned greasy haired guy) decided to interrupt and raise his voice at me as to rush me with my order. To whomsoever it May concern, I called subway located at 1540 east 2nd street Beaumont to inquire if they have veggie patty guy... name Alex or whatever his name is said me that he don?t have veggie patty over the phone. Within 5 minutes when I went to samesubway and ordered the same veggie patty it was available and he was ready to take my order. How all of sudden you guys haveveggie patty when it was not available 5 minutes before? Do you guys discriminate customers according to their skin color orAccent? This is not the first time it happened to me that?s why I decided to expose you which I did. Horrible. RUDE . The one girl didnt even measure the steak right. (I worked for Subway) so I know there's a proper way. I asked... if she can toast jalepenos on it and no joke she put a good 2 full handfuls covering the sandwich. When I asked for her to takesome off she gave attitude.
