We went there and unfortunately they were short staffed but still an excellent experience. Margaritas are awesome. Food was... absolutely exceptional and much more fairly priced than some other places similar to Carlitos. Our waiter Angel was reallyhelpful and did a great job even though it was a tough situation being down a person. We will go back to Carlitos and considerthis one of our go to spots in bmt ???? This place is amazing. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Mid County. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful.... Price is extremely reasonable especially for the Monday-Thursday $1.49 margaritas. If you get a chance to try their breakfastburritos, do it. They are amazing! Read more
Food was good but not as authentic, as I had hoped. They put cheddar cheese on a Barbacoa taco, which really messed with the... otherwise authentic flavor of the meat and made the taco very greasy. Chicken tacos are pretty standard, nothing special. Theirsauces taste homemade and has a good flavor, but doesn't pack much of a punch (not spicy at all). Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Ended up ordering a small guacamole, which was huge. Chips freshly made, crisp and warm.... Server was very friendly and hooked us up with some large to go drinks. Very fair price for the loaded breakfast burritos weorderd. Was tasty but not over powering. Read more
