Everytime we go to the mall my daughter just has to have Cha Cha Teahouse. I think it's her favorite place in the whole mall.

Cha Cha Teahouse!!!! I used to come here when Osaka Grill was still in Pardale Mall's cafeteria. So, I love this place. I would... always buy their smoothies with tapioca! The staff/workers here are friendly which made me always feel comfortable. Nothingconcerns me about this place. I would recommend!!!! Great place!!!! Cha Cha Teahouse has the BEST milk tea ever! It?s not overly sweet, and the tapioca can be exchanged for lychee or green apple... jelly?s. The customer service is always great, and by far the best avalado smoothies I have ever tried. Read more
This is the only place I've found that serves bubble tea (tea with tapioca) and I stop by to get one every time I'm in the area.... The drinks are really good - my favorite is the thai milk tea - and I like that there are a lot of flavors to choose from withboth the tea and smoothies.
