I want to take a min to share my experience in here as it was unlike anything I've ever experience in a restaurant and that is... all thanks to Kim she was AMAZING! ???????????? I know this is often called a Christian restaurant but she made it about aChristian way and above and beyond customer service. I was feeling a bit salty and not happy with my service and without anywarning in come this lady with kindness compassion and generosity to a total stranger for no reason and that she didn't have to.Her kindness was so overwhelming it instantly inspired me to want to do the same. So we decided to leave and go pass it on to gofind homeless to feed. This place on dowlen rd always gets my orders wrong. They always forget to put my complete order in bag. You would think... ordering a 8 nugget combo, would be simple. Nope... I get fries and bbq sauce. No nugget. Called, management and they cancare less that they stole your money. Never coming back Read more
We are always greeted so nicely. But Mrs. Kim is amazing!! I'm not sure what she makes but she definitely needs a raise. Her... kindness and bubbly personality is so hard to find. Drove up thought oh no im going to be here a while. But not so was through the three wide deep lines in less than 10 minutes.... Only complaint is the didnt add the sauce I needed for my wraps and was not going back to get it. But I love this place. Putmore salt on the fries please. God continue to bless the restaurant. Was a little disappointed in the service. Seemed like the counter staff had not been properly trained. We ordered on the mobile... app and picked up inside. Spoke with counter staff and they directed me to the wrong bag. Got in the car and realized it was thewrong bag. Went back inside and swapped bags. Got in the car and the bag was missing the fries and fruit. Went back inside andonly found the fruit in a separate bag - no fries. I was not in the mood to complain so I left, short an order of waffle fries. Read more
