Customer service is a big deal for me, as well as dress code. The lady at the window, displayed a little customer friendliness... but at no time did she smile or make eye contact with me off in the distance I could see another employee with a bed time hairbonnet on, that threw me for a loop, I just feel when you are working around food dress code and appearance are very important. Couldn't get a refund on nasty food chicken crust hard as a brick spicy rice had a foreign object in it mashed potatoes tasted... like wet cardboard gravy was way spicier then the spicy rice just plain nasty and waited almost an hour for the food Read more

This was by far the worst Church's Chicken I've ever been to. I arrived as a lady was giving her order. After her order was... taken the window was closed in my face without a "we'll be right with you". I stood there for about 6 minutes before the rudeworker finally took my order. She handed the lady who ordered before me, her food. Then argued that the customer did have abiscuit in her box. Which she was wrong, there were no biscuit. I think what they changed up at this location is the workers, The guy with the braids, the pregnant lady and the big guy making... chicken work like a dream team. I have not had any problems with the chicken I've gotten from them when I went when they werethere. The other ones are kind of spotty but that crew is perfect Read more
This church's chicken is located directly across the street from Saint Elizabeth. I had a doctor's appointment and I was able to... swing by and grab lunch. They were extremely busy! The lady that took my order was it was very polite and she took my ordercorrectly. I chose a 3 piece spicy chicken strip meal That comes with a biscuit and a drink for my side I chose the macaroniand cheese. They also have a peach cobbler dessert. All of my food was extremely hot and fresh. The biscuits are so good there!! Absolutely love the new peach cobbler dessert. Basically they take one of their biscuits and put it in a bowl they add peachespeaches and a sweet sauce with cinnamon in it over the top of the biscuit to where it gets soft. It's really good!! I just had the pleasure of meeting Rose P. at the Calder Street location. She was very professional, kind and courteous. She... allowed me to take my time at the drive through window to decide what I wanted. She explained to me that she had hit the wrongbutton so I would understand my receipt. She made sure that I was happy with my order and I really appreciate that kind ofcustomer service. Churches Chicken is very lucky to have her as an employee. I paid $13 and waited 20 minutes for 3 chicken tenders, cold and hard fries, a apple pie that was stuck to the box and a flat... soda! Meanwhile the lady at the drive-thru window ate chicken as it was being cooked. Absolutely horrible service, the insideof the restaurant is NASTY and the employees clearly HATE THEIR JOBS.
