When arriving at Domino's the cashier could not hear us. We had to repeat the order over and over because he kept ringing the... wrong order up. I ask for thin crust, light sauce and deluxe. I did get deluxe but not thin crust or light sauce. I did askfor a receipt and apon reading I noticed that the order was wrong. I was aggravated at that point that I went to the car and letmy husband receive the order. There was no point in saying anything because he didn't hear us the first time. I feel like when people review establishments they fail to realize the nature of what they are reviewing. If you?re reviewing... something low end, typically you should have a little bit more grace and compassion towards the place you?re reviewing. If it?sa place that?s higher end, then you would probably be more inclined to use a more fine tooth comb-this particular branchhowever, I have never had a bad experience at the Phelan branch, and have always had quality mobile orders. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, this does not look like the extra cheese amount I had gotten on the past two... orders. I feel like they kept trying to give me an old pizza someone else had ordered. The Alfredo sauce tasted way too saltywhen ordered in extra.I had been having better experiences with Dominos in the past recently but this one was very terrible.They even called a different name from mine to get my order and they seemed kind of intimidating towards me accepting the pizza.They demanded me to check it and I did and although I still wasn?t pleased with the look of my pizza I really didn?t feel likesaying anything was going to help so I left. I swear this is the only Domino?s that has done me wrong multiple times. This time I Ordered 3 pizzas online and added twice the... amount of mushrooms on one pizza. cashier told me to check my pizzas before paying and there was not a single mushroom on thepizza after waiting about 10 minutes for them to remake my order I get a pizza with very little mushrooms when the order had(X2) DOUBLE the amount! The restaurant's new design is sleek and fun. The added booths compared to the last iteration of this chain from two years ago... give it a more inviting feel to the building. The cook staff is polite and friendly. Though I can't say much of their delivery,the times I have delivered have been punctual. Overall a good experience! Read more
Best Dominos I've ever been to. Pizza made well by friendly staff. Great value. The pizza place is clean and spacious. They even... have little perks like a pizza making viewing station for kids, cell phone charging station for while you wait for pizza, and ofcourse the pizza tracker. Read more
