This store stops taking orders whenever they want. On multiple occasions, I have placed an order WELL before closing time only... to have it cancelled and no one will pick up the phone. Now my card has been charged twice for an order that isn't being madeand won't receive. I've had several good experiences with this store, but the past couple of months it has only been bad. Some employees here have a hard time following directions. I ordered a pizza with sauce and received one without sauce. Couldn?t... rectify the issue with the store because they wouldn?t pick up the phone. Ended up getting a free pizza for next time throughthe app. I?d suggest ordering for pickup so you can inspect your food before leaving. PS: The lot is riddled with potholes andloose gravel so drive carefully. Read more
Perfect place if you plan to lose your car in a pothole. I would think that a company would at least do the bare minimum to put... rock in the holes. People in cars can not go through the drive through because of this. It has been like this for a while now;wish they would do something about it. Read more
Horrible customer service from the manager Alyssa. They got my pizza wrong and told me I was lying about what I ordered. We... ordered a large thin crust with two toppings of Spinach and Feta that is all, they thought we wanted the specialty spinach andfeta. Which could be easily confused we weren?t mad just wanted our order corrected. I am allergic to onions so when we calledto try and take it back for the correct pizza (untouched) we were denied, told we were lying, & hung up on. I?m sorry but I want to be as nice as possible when I say this was the worst customer service I?ve ever imagined. I have had... issues with this location making food errors, but after over a year we ordered again. We got wings delivered that were supposedto be buffalo but had no sauce. They were just dry baked wings. No big deal, I was just gonna call and see what my options are.I waited on the phone for over an hour and no one ever answered. I know there can?t be a reason that my order was delivered in15 minutes but no one is available to answer the phone? It was very frustrating and overall disappointing. I LOVE Domino?s however, they mess up on my order a LOT. I usually get a buffalo chicken pizza on pan crust and 9/10 they forget... the buffalo completely. Its literally the FIRST word of the pizza. And today i ordered 2 pizza?s. One was a pan crustpepperoni,bacon, and onion. They gave me just a pepperoni pizza and forgot the rest somehow. And to top that off, they neveranswer the phone. When i pulled up to the store, there wasnt a single soul there. ? But im not mad because the worker was reallynice about it. Read more
I would have to say I've been to a lot of domino?s in Louisiana and Texas. This is by far my favorite dominos.... I haven't had... any issues and my food is always delivered hot and fresh. Read more
I absolutely love the NEW location! I was able to go in on my lunch break and instead of eating my pizza in my car as, I was... able to dine in comfortably and eat there. My food was made quickly and my service was as is I was dining in at an actualrestaurant with great service, the manager on duty (I believe her name was melissa) was very kind and her smile was verywelcoming. This new location is 1000% so much better than its previous one. I no longer have to get my food and stop for arealignment on my car from the massive craters of the previous location. Nor do I have to worry about the harassment from themany homeless people who were in that area! Thank you so much Miss Melissa for an awesome dine in experience and awesome foodduring my lunch break.
