It's so hot in here just sitting and waiting for your food makes you sweat I cannot imagine how the poor cooks feel back there.... The wait was long and customers were served out of order, I watched what looked to be a manager or shift lead tell a child thatrequested syrup that he had to ask his server even though the servers hadn't been by in who knows how long(because therestaurant was packed, our waitress was great just BUSY), why he couldn't just grab the kid some syrup I don't know. It was kind of packed and seemed like they only had 1 waitress. But she was amazing! Wish I would have gotten her name. Quick... getting us seated and getting our drinks to use and then quickly took our order. We got our food just the way we ordered it hot,fresh and tasted amazing. Read more
I have loved ihop for many years. Breakfast is my favorite meal. I don?t even need a menu anymore. Today the server took my... order. Same order as always. 2 eggs soft scrambled, crispy bacon, hash brown and buttered toast with a Dr Pepper. My eggs werenot soft scrambled. Bacon not crispy. Hash browns was cold and the toast had a line of butter down the middle. Only good thingwas the Dr Pepper. Very disappointed. Read more
Worst food and service I have had in a very long time. Oil was old, entire rest smoked up. Fried food was bitter from old oil.... Out of at least 8 items. Their slat shaker was broken spilled salt all over the table and on us. Server didn't seem to care.Save your money and cook at home or go to waffle house Read more
One thing for sure you can't beat their pancakes, although I'm not a big eater the servings are more than enough. Coffee is nice... and hot and on point; not too strong or watered down. I was there around 5 a.m. and it was very peaceful, quiet and very clean.Keep up the great attitude and the service to your customers. Read more
Staff was so kind and attentive to us and others. Our food was tasty but scrambled egg portions were small on my adult breakfast... plus my granddaughters child plate. Pancakes were large and fluffy with good flavor and our bacon was cooked welland portionwas good. Childs Jr Cupcake flavor syrup was so good with lots of whip cream too on her large pancake. Hot Chocolate was tastyand had fresh whipped cream piled high and plenty of rainbow sprinkles. Coffee as hot, flavorful and plenty. Read more
The newest manager is doing an excellent job. Our server, Mike, was great. Our drinks stayed full and our food came out exactly... as we ordered it. The floor manager, Jamie made sure to stop by and check on us. I noticed her talking to every table. This wasa huge improvement over our experience a year ago. Read more
