Went to try and order, sign at drive through and door, said closed. Lights were on and clearly people inside. Seems to be an... going problem. One time said they were out of everything I tried to order. No lettuce for burgers, no tomatoes. Ask them whatthey did have said nothing, waiting on deliveries. Also have seen a young child about 3 behind counter. Read more

Stopped by at 4pm on a Monday. Lobby closed. No one coming to the door or drive through. Called the store phone on the door and... no one answered. Was visiting from Florida where we dont have the Jack in the Box?if i was the store owner i would be livid. Ohwell. Next time we will just drive by. Read more

Very unprofessional assistant manager to tell the customer that basically your telling a lie. I paid at 10:13a but the order was... walked out at 10:28 drove 2mins away and grabbed the food out of the bag and it was cold! If a taco was freshly dipped in hotgrease the cheese would of melted. But to say I?m telling a lie and u put it on our child, so unprofessional! It wasn?t eventhat serious to put a lie on your child like that!! Read more

On 8-30-22 at 9:38 I pulled to the drive-in and one car was ahead of me. They took their order. I pulled up and had to ask if... anyone was there after waiting. When she came on the speaker she said that "they were in a shift change and I would have to pullaround the store and drive back up to the speaker." I asked what about the cars behind me and she said she would tell them thesame. I could not understand any rationale for it but I reluctantly pulled back around to see she told the car behind me thesame thing but took the order of the third car that was in line. When I finally got to the window I had to again ask forsomeone. She said they were in a shift change and it would be a minute. When I asked why they took the order in front of me shesaid sir "I didn't take the order I am in the office". I asked who the manager was and she would not give me any info as if shedidn't hear me. When I said I would call the manager she said thank you and I drove off. That entire experience took almost 20minutes. I drove across the street to Sonic and had my food within 5 minutes. I will never go back to this store until themanager is changed as the service is beyond horrible. Needless to say, when I drove up there was one employee who was outsidethe store arguing on the telephone. Read more

Tried to buy food at the Jack in the Box at the area of major drive and hwy 105 in Beaumont tx. Absolutely NO SERVICE. Stood in... line behind a couple who were there in line for a while. When it was our turn, we approached the counter, the employeeimmediately turned and walked away. I was watching the time, and for slight over 5 minutes, there was zero communication or evenacknowledgement that we were at the counter. No cars in the drive thru, 1 person sitting and eating inside, and the couple whoordered before us, waiting for their food. Not busy at all. We left and will not be back. Read more
