Came in town to visit my brothers grave. The family ate here because my brother worked for the cooperate office before he... passed away. They didn't have fresh lemonade like the Houston locations...and when asked about it the worker seemed irritatedthat I asked. I did eat a fresh salad from the salad bar and it was delicious! I love Jason Deli, but lately placing to-go orders via phone or online seems like a headache. Had times when I placed order... through their website and even received an email confirmation, to only find out it didn't "go through." Other times, calling toplace an order over the phone is met with attitudes or rudeness. Like it's a burden for the lady to take my order. Drivingthrough the drive thru to only wait 5 or more minutes to get someone on the speaker and waiting more at the window for someoneto come with my order or even come at all. I had to finally park and went inside to get my order. This has been over the span of6 months and my experiences has been disappointing more than anything. Maybe re-train staff on customer service or betterattitudes? Read more
So disappointed in Jason?s this evening. Placed a $60 order - waited 2 hours with no delivery. Called and given excuse that... computer order didn?t through on their end but we were charged immediately. Assured order would be sent out. Waited anotherhour- no food. Called back only to be told there were ?OTHER ? orders ahead of mine! Not sure why I had to wait 3 + hours for a$60 order but really not happy with how it was handled. To start off, the restaurant was nice and clean but extremely cold. The cashier that took our orders was very cheerful and... courteous. She handed us two salad bar cards and told us to give them to the young man at the end of the counter and he wouldgive us our plates. We moved down to that area and handed the young man our cards. He seemed to be confused as to why we weregiving him the cards. I had to explain why I was giving him the cards. I also ordered a cup of vegetable soup, which was cold,so I didn?t eat it. The salad bar was well stocked. The pita chips were stale, there were also lemon poppy and spiced minimuffins. At other locations the mini muffins were made of cornbread so?I was disappointed. After finishing our meal we wantedsome ice cream. There were cones, but no cups nor spoons so I had to go back to the counter and ask for it. While eating myice cream I could see the young man described above dancing and at one point he got himself an ice cream cone and was eatingbehind the counter..while o the clock! Ordered lunch for my friends who are sick to be delivered at their home, and they said they didn't get it. I called Jason's, and... the manager said there was not an order number in the system that I gave him. I ordered it again and then see an email from theoriginal order in my email inbox. I called them back and the manager doesn't even come to the phone. He just relays a messagethat he did find that the order went through the first time, and they would just give me a credit for next time I come in....nosir. You need to credit it back to my card you took it from twice. He said that the credit will show up in two to four businessdays?? Do better, Jason's. Read more
Food has been fresh every time I?ve eaten from there . The staff is always friendly . The team moves quickly with orders and the... restaurant is clean . Kudos to management for doing a great job . I also love the fact that there is a drive through if you callan order in. I Love the dowlen location. Read more

Food was amazing! Gentleman at the counter was professional and courteous. The young lady that walked our food to the table... needs a lesson in customer service and manners. She ignored me when we greeted her, "hucked" all of the plates in front of meinstead of asking who ordered what, callously staggered away after ignoring my "thank you very much" like she did us a favor....Then proceeded to eye us down as we ate and continued to until we left. 5 stars if it wasn't for my experience with this younglady Read more
