First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where... they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer thatcame in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To manytimes these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I gotthere. Not many places in the industry are like that. Read more
They gave me old cold stale fries at first good thing I checked my order before driving off! Then I asked for some Fresh fries... and changed mine to corn which had NO taste or seasoning of any kind not even butter on it, Yuky!
