Ordered a chicken tender family meal and didn't receive any biscuits. Went back again couple weeks later and ordered the same... thing and received a bucket of mixed chicken. Poor service. Manger was very rude over the phone when I called to complain whatthey have done. Read more
First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where... they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer thatcame in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To manytimes these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I gotthere. Not many places in the industry are like that. Read more
They gave me old cold stale fries at first good thing I checked my order before driving off! Then I asked for some Fresh fries... and changed mine to corn which had NO taste or seasoning of any kind not even butter on it, Yuky! I wasted over $17 for 2chicken sandwich meals and the sandwiches chicken was hard too! NEVER again!!! Read more
We had a pretty good experience here. We came at a very busy time during spring break travel and the food was excellent as... usual. When you have a recipe made of pure gold I guess it's kind of hard to mess it up LOL. We had chicken as a family and itwas awesome. Read more
My food was made with love tonight. It made me feel all the right things that fried chicken should? as well as my sides a.k.a.... potatoes that was mashed macaroni ?-that was cheesy?- and a biscuit I was in the clouds. I didn't think it was brain surgery or rocket science to comprehend a #6... which is a 4pc all thighs original with a Mac and cheese and sub a mashed potato for the coleslaw.
