Waited a additional 45 min. For my order which I paid for and went to the store. They had Multiple boxes of pizza stacked,... giving wrong orders out .my had been given away. BUT why the heck do several of them looking for a pizza need to keep openingand closing the pizza up.as they all talking over them. If you wanna wait an hour for pizza with plastic in made my employees u can smell from across the counter this place is perfect.
Two stars for process and retention issues. #1 Process - you can't cancel or put in for a refund when you place an order... through the mobile app. If they don't have an item and can't substitute the item for another there is no way to get your moneyback. #2 Retention - it seems like this branch has an issue with retaining employees.
