Waited a additional 45 min. For my order which I paid for and went to the store. They had Multiple boxes of pizza stacked,... giving wrong orders out .my had been given away. BUT why the heck do several of them looking for a pizza need to keep openingand closing the pizza up.as they all talking over them. If you wanna wait an hour for pizza with plastic in made my employees u can smell from across the counter this place is perfect.
Two stars for process and retention issues. #1 Process - you can't cancel or put in for a refund when you place an order... through the mobile app. If they don't have an item and can't substitute the item for another there is no way to get your moneyback. #2 Retention - it seems like this branch has an issue with retaining employees. Not sure if the reason. However, I willlikely not be coming back to this branch for awhile. Read more
Staff is completely unprofessional. They gave our pizza to someone else who walked right in while we waited over 15 minutss. Not... one person in the back had gloves on. If our house hadn't just flooded I would have asked for my money back. Read more
If there was an option for zero stars this place would definitely receive the rating. Very unprofessional employees, a food... preparation place should be kept tidy and sanitary, kitchen was ran by employees with poor personal hygiene and uniforms thatconsist of house shoes/sandals and filthy clothes. Not one employee was using plastic gloves to handle food. Ordered thin crustpizza and found what looked to be parchment paper in between the crust and toppings. Ordered a plain cheese and a pepperoni,received two pepperoni pizzas . This was my first and last experience with this location. Upper management needs to address thisstore !!!! Read more
First time trying a pizza from Lil Ceasars. Omgosh, the Deep dish Supreme Pizza is WONDERFUL and rivals bigger names in taste... and DEFINITELY beats them in price hands down. My new favorite ???? Read more
If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered ONE pizza online to pick up at 1:00. I arrived at 1:00 and was told they didn't... have it ready yet. It wasn't even in the oven. The lobby had 6 others waiting for their online orders too. It took another 40minutes for all the pizzas to come out for the online orders waiting in the lobby. Very unorganized place. Never again.
