I would appreciate if you honored your franchise advertising! The store @ 5760 Walden Rd.Suite #214 Beaumont, Texas 77707,1... of 2 in my city, that represents the franchise name does not honor the company's advertising neither do they honor thecompany reward system. Case and point,reward system first, I told the sales lady,at the point of sale,that I have the marbleslab app and she told me that she could not apply my purchase,and that I would have to scan my receipt myself. I attempted toscan my receipt in the store and when it would not allow me to go any further than my phone number and a scan code picture thatwould not respond, I asked for her assistance. She told me that she could not help me because she did not know how to work theapp. I scanned it when I got home, and was also now offered the option to scan my receipt, (I was not offered this option inthe store at all) but the app told me that the code was invalid. It offered me to put the scan number in manually ,which I did,and was told again that my code was invalid. Therefore my purchase of $9.00($8.99) is not being applied to my marble slabaccount. Addressing the advertisement that mix?ins are unlimited. In this same store there are signs all over the counter thattell you how many mix-ins you are allowed for the size purchase you are making and what the price is with and without mix-inswhich is contrary to the free unlimited mix-in advertising that is posed @ every Marbleslab creamery. I have mentioned to theoperators of the store on different occasions since they opened that this is not the marble slab way but I was told repeatedlythat 'this was their way'.So they have had ample opportunity to correct this issue but they refuse to.This totally opposes thetruth of the franchise advertising and is not fair to the consumers of this area that patronize this business based on the nameand amazing tasty treats offered.
