They don't care about the customer my whole order was messed up one of my burgers in the kids meal look like it was bit off
The food was great but it took so long to be served in the drive-thru.
The food is good, the staff is very nice I go there often only thing is I ask for two syrups because I ordered two big breakfast... only received one ???? please make sure to be supply customers with enough condiments other than that I love McDonald's Read more

The staff at this Phelan location in Westmont were polite, courteous, and helpful. They were clearly short staffed, and it took... a while for an associate to come to the front register; so long in fact that the customer in front of me left because she couldnot wait any longer. Once my order was taken, service was fast, and my order was correct. The restaurant and restroom wasclean. Read more
Not sure why it is, but seems that they forgot what fast food means. You wait in line for over 10 mins and then when you get to... the window to pick your drinks(2 frappes) they ask you to pull forward. With have you been doing the last 10 mins? Why do I needto pull forward and wait another 5 mins to get 2 drinks? If they are that hard to make you don't need to have them in a fastfood restaurant! Read more
The staff is rude, wears dirty clothes and not dirty from food, dirty like I didn?t do my laundry dirty, they also come to work... with crust around the eyes and mouth-I should have taken pics, acts like it?s an issue if you want to use your app, extremelylong wait times, cuts you off while ordering, will serve you old and hard food, Order is wrong 9.5/10, they don?t wear gloveswhile preparing your food, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THAT WINDOW/COUNTER. Floors are to slippery to walk on at 7:45 pm when business and still basically busy. The employees won?t talk to you or ever... come up while you?re waiting at the counter to ask for something. And the drink machine was pouring gross soda not drinkable.Not the McDonald?s to come to Read more
