Half my order was missing from the dowlen location. I live in winnie. 30 minutes away. I discovered missing dinner items at home... when we sat down for dinner after I put in a 14 hr day at work. I was p.o.ed to say the least. I called management about missingitems and told her this has never happened to me at this location. She offered to replace them next time im in town. My husbandwas nice enough to split his dinner with me since i was missing my entire main entre. & some eggrolls as well. I have troubleat nearly every fast food place i go to and will check my bags at every place from here on out everytime. Tired of incompetence. Read more
I?ve been there twice at 8 p.m the last week. They closed already and said they the drive thru speaker they were closed. When I... stated the sign said they close at 9:30 I got no answer. People were in the drive thru behind me also. Two weeks ago at 6 p.m.they were out of stuff and said it was too late to cook more. The workers were dancing and playing around behind the counters.Last night my husband went through there and bought food for the family. It was 7:30 pm. He got home and over half was missing!!I?m done. With prices as high as they are right now, we work too hard for our money to be so disrespected by this location. Theyneed an overhaul! Read more
I love this place. Fast good and I can get Chinese food without having to go to a buffet! I had leftovers!
Good for what it is. I prefer the local option on Dowlen compared to Panda but it?s still pretty clutch when you need something... to switch it up. They were quick and friendly. It would probably suck if they weren?t there. Better than most other fast foodoptions. Overall a solid 8/10 Read more
Broccoli beef usually is all broccoli, a couple of beef pieces . Not my favorite Panda location but food still pretty decent .
I usually go thru the drive thru but tonight I went in with a friend and we sat down and ate. I nearly always get the honey... walnut shrimp plus I got the new steak dish. I like both the rice and the noodles, but went with the noodles this time and addedsweet and sour sauce to them. We shared the cream cheese rangoons and each got a drink. The whole meal was an A+. This place is great. Affordable and delicious. Served up in generous servings and fresh from the wok!
Food was good but the service was slow, I decided to go thru the drive instead with only one person in line.
