Absolutely worst experience at pizza hut, ordered at 8:15 received email it would be ready at 8:40 showed up 8:35 no one even... acknowledged my existence until 8:45 then told me they have not even started making them yet! That it would probably be at leastanother 30 min! Seriously! Restaurant Absolutely filthy gentlemen at cutting station I watched for 10 min while he was ignoringme couldn't stop coughing all over the pizzas never once covering his mouth. Beyond disappointing. Excellent service! We received our order, but they had accidentally sent out the wrong one. Called the store and they... immediately fixed the error and sent out the correct order! Customer service was great and the staff was very friendly. Read more
Ac was out pizza burnt. Called in the order only for it not to be ready. Please go to another location don't even try it here... ewwww. We got a 50 percent discount cool. But the way the food was cook . A homeless person wouldn't eat it. Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas online, and selected curbside pickup in an attempt to keep myself, my family, and the employees safe from... potential COVID exposure. About 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready, the pizza had still not been brought out tothe car, so I went inside to check. After some time, I was able to speak to an employee who notified me that one of my pizzaswas done, but the other pizza had been dropped. That dropped pizza (along with some other tools) remained on the floor for the10 minutes that I waited in the building. I watched as multiple employees acknowledged the dropped pizza, but none picked it up.All in all, my pizza was ready about 20 minutes after it was marked as "Finished". 20 minutes isn't a huge deal, but I was neveroffered an apology or any sort of reimbursement. Witnessing the lack of cleanliness and professionalism of this restaurant willprevent me from ordering here in the future. Read more
We tried ordering 9 pizzas 2 brownies and 2 crazy breads. The guy I was ordering all the food from after taking the entire order... told me I had to order online, after that he started complaining about how it was almost closing time. We were ordering almost 2hours before closing. Then he decided to hang up on me. Pathetic service, i orders from the Pizza Hut 1 mile away from this oneand they had no problem with the order at all and was professional about it. Read more
