Customer service was terrible. Was told to pull up for an apple pie and when I mentioned I ordered 2 the young lady said she... only saw one then rolled her eyes and shut the window on me. Waited almost 15 minutes for said apple pies. I ordered the 5 pieceand received 1 thigh and 4 wings. I feel like this was done maliciously because i mentioned that I had ordered 2 apple pies andnot 1. I was not rude about it at all infact I feel ridiculous just writing this review but I'm a very understanding personstill I have no understanding for people that are rude for absolutely no reason. Next time I order for from Popeyes I think I'lldrive a little further and skip this location all together. Read more

Ordered popcorn shrimp with red beans and rice and apple pie. Received 8 regular shrimp, mashed potatoes and no apple pie. Tried... to call and could only leave contact info. Read more
I made a mobile order on the app. It took me 10 minutes to get there. Once I got there my order was NOT ready. I waited a total... of 15 more minutes before somebody actually got to making my order. The chicken tasted old. The biscuit and fries were prettygood. I seen alot of packets in my bag so I assumed they put my packet of honey in there..NOPE..not to mention they haveterrible customer service. The food was good and the girl at the window was super sweet. The wait was HORRENDOUS. She said it would be a 10-15 minute... wait- which I believe is slow for "fast food" but was willing to wait. It took a FULL 30 minutes to get chicken tenders andfries. This was double the wait time we were told. I will never go here again. Read more
