I enjoyed my lunch. The food was fresh and hot and fast from the kitchen.
Waitress was very friendly. It was kind of dark in there. Very empty. Long Island had less flavor than tea, endless shrimp all... the kinds had no flavor. We asked for extra garlic butter for them, which had no flavor. Took over 15 minutes to get your nextrefill of 7 shrimp. Even when you ordered when you get your food. Won't go back. Read more
The food was mediocre at best, & made me and my husband sick. The lobster tasted like it had been cooked 3 times over. The... women's restroom was very nasty especially the baby changing station, even the disposable liners for it was nasty. (that’sall that I’m going to say about the restroom just gross). I don't really know how to sum up the feeling we walked away with other than the food was good but not great, the atmosphere was... good but not great, the prices were good but not great and probably the most redeeming quality was our server who was a verysweet Hispanic lady who did a great job. We were given a $50 gift card so I'm thankful that we got to go out but I'm glad thatwe didn't pay the whole bill. We were seated and ignored. We sat there and watched other customers get drinks, bread, and give their orders. We experienced... seeing other people being served with smiles. No smiles for us! My husband had to ask someone to wait on us. By the time wefinally were served our meals, my order was wrong, dripping with oil and my husband was served RAW lobster. The manager came somuch later to check on the raw lobster and clearly made assumptions as if we were expecting it to be free. My husband made itclear that he just wanted a cooked lobster not a complete meal replacement. This dining experience was awful. This definitelyruined my husband's Father's day. Read more
I though it was a little dark an the decor was a bit dated. But the food was very good an the service was good.
It was good, at the begging was afraid to enter because the parking lot was almost empty. First thing aI notice was the tank... with lobsters in there, walking thru our table notice filthy floor, food leftovers on the floor and nobody take care ofthat. The biscuits they serve are awesome I love them, for starter we order Langostino lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip. Thestaff was always with a smile and helpful. Read more
