Absolutely dissatisfied... Again for the 5th time. Waiting 17 minutes for a Hot Fudge Sundae. But people behind us were getting... their shakes and bags of ice and slushes. They kept asking if it was our stuff and we kept saying no. The man said he checked inour order and to pull forward. Had to go through drive through line because 89% of the kiosks didnt even work yo sign in. Started working there not to long ago and I quit today. The store is very difficult to work in and there is hardly any... communication in there. Some employees/managers are great to work with while others aren't the best. Food is ok but workingthere is like entering Hell. Read more

Bad service. They acted as if it was no big deal. 1st time I ordered the double meat burger with cheese and mayo mustard xtra... pickles. They gave me a single meat burger. Stale dry bread. I asked for a remake. The patties were dry and burned. Forgot thecheese and the mayo and mustard. And again stale dry bread. Again they acted as if well ...no big deal. They should haveoffeted an Apology and a refund. I shouldnt have had to pay for them to make the wrong food twice and waste my time! I wont becoming back. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!!! Read more
