Waited for 15 minutes in a stall with no answer. Went through the drive through and got an answer immediately and still had to... wait 10 minutes for my food to come out, after they checked with me what my order was and got it wrong as well. Barely anyoneelse was at the sonic either. Read more

Received a message for the promotion of the day on the popcorn chicken, wasn't able to order on sight, I had to order through... the app(wasn't a problem) the problem I had, was I had ordered a milkshake with my my food, during the consumption of saidmilkshake, 3 pieces of styrofoam (from a different cup) came through my straw at different times, at which one, got stuck in mythroat. When calling the store to let them know about the situation so the could check and make sure it didn't happen to anyoneelse, the man I spoke to was very apologetic, and offered a new milkshake for the inconvenience. I had called back to ask if Icould pick up said milkshake the next day due to something that had come up. I did not speak to the same, polite gentleman, butto a very unpleasant "manager". Who had a very nasty attitude about the situation. Keep in mind, I did not ask for a replacementshake, it was offered, but she was very good at making smart comments on how I wanted it replaced, I needed the receipt and someother interesting comments. Customer service is very poor. The employee 's tape off the drive in spots so you can only use the drive thru. Normally you can... see inside there are multiple employees including management literally holding up the counter not preparing food not takingorders very sad wonderful location very very poor customer service seen this many many times at this location Read more
Missing mozzarella sticks from our order. Food is GROSS. My toddler had to tell me "ew" for me to realize his popcorn chicken... was slimey. Checked my burger and it's blackened and hard, with mayo, which I did not want. My strawberry limeade is all lime.Sour and gross. I hope the sour is from the lime and not a mildewed drink machine. Should have read the other countless one starreviews before spending money here. Will not be back. Read more

Ordered a cheese coney and mozzarella. Parking lot is empty. 10 minutes later they asked what I ordered. Got my food 20 minutes... later. I see why the lot is empty. They are lazy and slow. Read more
Terrible food and no care in sight. Got an ice cream with my burned bacon sandwich (didn't realize THAT til after i left) let... the employee look at it and say "is there anything in there??" She looked dumbfounded and didn't want to even try to let themmake another. Typical Beaumont FF establishment. All the terrible other reviews hold true! Read more
