Food was great, but their credit card readers were not working the day I went for a quick lunch.
David brought my food out, his personality and humor is absolutely amazing. Definitely gave me the boost of energy I needed.

I ordered online and was supposed to get a rootbeer with sweet cream and a medium MnM blast w/ whipped cream and a drink... carrier. I got a rootbeer with 2 half and halfs, forgot my spoon and whipped cream. Shake machine has been broke. For literally weeks. Still let you orser on the app... but then can't give you what you order and... the store can't do a refund. Getting a refund from the website is ridiculous. Email after email making you send the same info inhopes that you give up. The Sonic on Dowlen in Beaumont is the worst managed one in the country! Food was good. Kinda shocked that Sonic still hasn't figured out a container for their coneys that doesn't scrape all the... toppings off when you remove it from the package. You'd think with how proud yall are of your food you'd want to serve it in waybetter condition. Read more
