2-16-2022 About 4:00pm. Sasha and Tiffany working at this location. I have been craving a really good BLT sandwich. Decided to... try out the only drive through Subway that I know of in Beaumont, TX. ( I?m a Nana and when I decide I want to eat something inparticular, I don?t want to change out of my house clothes and I want to go to a drive through ). August 25 @ 3:30 pm. Sat in drive thru over ten minutes. Woman kept saying be with you in a second, but never would take my... order, so I finally left. Didn't appear to be any other customers. Very poor service. I'm not sure what has happened to subway but I got half meat portions on all my sandwiches, they ran out of... the cheese I like so simply didn't put any on. The woman making the sandwich was not happy to be building my sandwiches, she didnot wrap the half meat bread and veggie rolls separately as I asked for, I asked for a few napkins as well and I guess thosecost extra because I didnt receive any of those either. Out of many items including breads, cheeses, and drinks. Bathrooms were very dirty, items rung in wrong and forgot to charge for... certain things so voids had to be done which took a long time. They were friendly and apologetic about it though which is whythey didn't receive a 1 star. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
