Staying at holiday inn for sister in laws wedding. The kids were hungry and the restaurant was closed so we did an online order.... They locked the doors, we knocked they looked and ignored us on purpose. We decided to try the drive thru since we had alreadypaid online. The lady on shift was yelling at us through the window that she can?t do walk up. I just asked if she could pleasethen open the front door and just hand it to us she repeatedly yelled at us and closed the window on the purpose. I don?tunderstand why you close at 2 am in front of a hotel on a Friday night and see us with our children in the rain and could?vejust opened the front door and handed us our food. This Taco Bell was worse than most I have been to, and most I have been to in the past 10-15 years are pretty low quality. The... dining area was low stocked, few sauces, scarce cup lids, no forks or knives. They actually had no plasticware at all in theentire restaurant. I had to eat my fiesta potatoes with my hands. The burrito I had was poorly assembled, and tasted like thebeans have been sitting for a while. The atmosphere of the dining area was a lot like a club or bar at closing. The overheadlights were on, but the flashing neon lights were still going, and you could see and feel the filth on the tables andfloor. The employees were the only positive part of my experience. Just passing through & tried to get food for my 3 year old. They were extremely rude & when I pulled to the window, one of the... workers in the back said ?yeah take they money?
