First time coming here and the sushi bar is off limits, they say for covid restrictions, but you can sit at the regular bar and... have sushi...???... I ordered the crunch roll and it tasted good and was well made but seamed a bit colder than a normal roll. Iasked about some crab rangoo but they don't have that here. Bar was clean and bartender was really good, I just wasn't feelingit there. I usually sit at the sushi bar anywhere else I visit since I work on the road alone. We normally go to the other Dowlen location We decided to try this one. The chef was awful. He didn't put on one show at all. He... just cooked the food and didn't speak to our table. He also way undercooked on steaks. Asked for medium. And it was so rare andchewy we couldn't enjoy it. I will not return to this location. Spent over $100 for nasty uncooked food, and the experience wasjust as awful. Didn't do any tricks,and didn't even do the volcano with the onions. Read more

Best Hibachi I've been to in Texas! The resteraunt is great size and was nice for a small family get together while we were... visiting. It was nice to be able to reserve the private room ahead of time. Very clean all around, including the restrooms whichwere nicely furnished. I read a lot of comments that had different experiences, but ours was great! The hostess staff weresuper friendly from the beginning, and the waiter was very attentive with everything. The chef was AMAZING, and funny as heentertained us and was by far one of the best we've had at any Hibachi, so ask for Eddie! The sushi rolls were great, and had agood assortment of options. Soup and salad were pretty standard, but fresh. The Hibachi dinner was cooked ro perfection and wasmore food than any of us could finish. All at a great price!
