Hash browns weren?t cooked, no steak on half of my cheese steak sandwich, my cup was dirty when it was served to me, had butter... all over the outside of the cup. Oh and it took around 40 minutes to get my food. Server said sorry honey we?re backed up.Meanwhile it was just me and three other tables there (about 30% occupancy) didn?t complain at all because I don?t likeconfrontation but I will not be returning here. Terrible customer service. Employees rude and arguing about remaking my order that was not made right. I spent over $20 just to... get the worst experience. This was my third time giving yall another chance and I'm done! I will find a better establishment tospend my hard earned money. It's sad when you speak to management and they don't even care. My wife and I have been there several times. The last 2 times food was cold and took a long time to get it. The last time I... complained and they redid my order. First time here and was given the wrong order. I took accountability for not checking the bag before I left, but no apologies... from them cause I guess it?s mainly the customers fault for not checking..? Upon returning and handing in the wrong order tothem, I was then asked if I had ate it and also if I had paid for my order? Place is total garbage when it comes to take out, I work all hrs of the night so I depend on restaurants like this to grab a... bite. Called about 5 times to make a to go order and it says there busy helping others to call back, so I decide to pull up onthem and not a single customer and there outside smoking.
