Because we just moved here and our French isn't great, we ordered through the app. What a mistake, the order wasn't ready when... it should be ppl came in and got served before us. By the time they realized something was wrong the order had been sat in theback. Needless to say everything was barley warm. The fish burger was dry like cardboard. I'll Reconsider going here again. Love burgers at Harvey's but during our visit on July 24 2020, the staff could have done a bit more in regards to cleaning and... disinfecting the tables. Tables in dining area were not taken care of rapidly. The ones close to ours stayed dirty for a longtime after clients had left and even if there was not a lot of customers in line. I went with the family for lunch and it was rush hour. I went very fast in the line up, the cashier was super effective and... polite not rushing eventhough he was quick on taking orders with a smile. The cook behind was preparing the burger with care andalso showing a good attitude. Finally we chose how we dressed our burger and condiments very abundant and fresh. Again servedwith care and smile from a guy that, again, seemed careful of his tasks. A second guy arrived to prepare the burger for theperson waitibg next to us since we were 3 persons and taking more time. The food was ready in a few minutes only and its tastegreat. I salute the good work of those who were working today Tuesday lunch time. The bathroom were clean and tables washed.The place is well set to eat and you dont smell burger on your way out. I love Harvey's burgers, I really do. It had been several months since my SO and i had been there, and we needed a treat. ... Sometimes you just need a messy, juicy burger, and Harvey's delivers that with flying colours. The reason I'm not able to givethem 5 stars is because I'm sure they're violating several health regulations in the handling of our food. The young girl inthe back, preparing all the food items, was not wearing gloves, at all. We witnessed her dropping a fry box, picking it up offthe floor, filling it with fries, and then placing it on the delivery rack. If she had washed her hands at that time, I think Icould have overlooked the situation. But she didn't. She then proceeded to place raw bacon on the grill, then some raw burgerpatties, and then some buns. She continued to build burgers and place them on the rack for pick up. Thankfully, the gentlemanpreparing our burgers, and waiting on the drive through window, was wearing gloves, and changing to new ones frequently. Ithought there were rules in place about handling raw foods, especially meats. Maybe I'm wrong. I know we won't be returningthere anytime soon. Read more
This is the first time I've been to a Harvey's, and it will be the last. There was no one at the counter or in the kitchen when... we arrived, so we had to wait. The lettuce was brown and wilted, there was no ice in the soda machine, and half the sodas wereempty. This place sucks. Read more
