Placed a big order online, accepted. Showed up to locked doors. Called and forwarded to freedom store. They said all orders... are forwarded to their store, no clue about my online order. Update your info and refuse orders if you can?t staff yourlocation. Read more

I went to Fox's Pizza with my father and two sons today, September 3rd, 2022, at 4:40 pm. The food was okay, but the customer... service was not. We ordered at the counter and asked for a small cheese stromboli, a large deluxe stromboli, bread sticks, andan order of fries. The woman who took our order was nice. She did not give my father a receipt. She left to do a deliverybefore our food was done. When it was done, a young guy brought our food to the table. First the fries, then the small stromboliand breadsticks. Then, a large deluxe pizza. My father tried going back up to the counter to explain he asked for a largedeluxe stromboli. They asked for a receipt. As I said above, he wasn't given one. Also, we ordered in the store while these twoemployees were there, it wasn't like we placed an online order then come in to complain that it was wrong. They printed it outfrom the computer, showing him that it said large deluxe pizza, then asked, "What, is there a problem? It says large deluxepizza right here." I mean, of course the receipt says that, it was put into the system incorrectly as a pizza. We didn't putthe order in, an employee did. We also didn't get a receipt, so how could this have been avoided? I can't understand why theycouldn't just make him a deluxe stromboli. He hadn't even touched the pizza, said they could have it back, but no. He was stuckwith a large deluxe pizza that was so covered in toppings that he used a fork and knife to eat it. I believe if the originalemployee who took our order was there when this happened, she'd have remedied the problem. The two young guys in the kitchenaren't very friendly, and didn't seem to care... at all. For $42, I don't see why they couldn't remake a single item that wasput into the system wrong by an employee. My father is a disabled veteran and on a fixed income, so when he spends over $40somewhere to treat his daughter and grandsons and gets shafted, that's upsetting. Ordered $72 worth of food. Half of it was over cooked and terrible. One of my items weren't made, no problem accidents happen.... Waited for it to be done since it was already paid for only to get it home and it was burnt and inedible. Only good thing I cansay is the young guy working was friendly. Threw away the whole box of burnt cardboard breadsticks. Read more

Ordered for delivery on a Sunday. Placed a somewhat large order (cheese breadsticks, 2 small pizzas, a large pizza, 2 strombolis... and a cookie pizza). Placed my order just before 3:30. I was quoted 45 to an hour. Not a big deal. I expected that. An hourlater, nothing. Another hour later i called to check. I was told "its on its way, it was a big order". I suppose that was anattempt to explain away a 2hr wait. Another 30 mins went by before my order arrived. 2hrs and 30mins to get my order (whichwould not have been a problem if thats the time frame i had been qouted or if i had been offered a reasonable explanation) A $60order. Plus we added an additional $10 for the driver. Everything was cold and needed reheated. After we got our order irealized we were missing our cheese breadsticks. So i called again. I was placed on hold for 5 mins. I was told we didnt orderit. I did ask for it. If they didnt add it, thats no problem. But i wasnt given a reciept so i cant even verify. Im not one tocomplain. Ever. I didnt even complain over the phone but. I spent 10yrs working/managing in pizza shops. I know how it is. Froma professional stand point, the people I dealt with could use some retraining when it comes to customer service because it wasnon exisitant. Incredibly unprofessional. No one even attempted to make any kind of apology. Lesson learned. I wont be orderingfrom this location again. Ill be going to Vocellis (I only tried somewhere new because my regular is closed on Sundays) becausethey have never in the 6yrs ive been going there messed my order up and i have never had to wait more than an hour for adelivery. 9 out of 10 times, they get it to me in less then 40mins. They have pretty good food I go in there a lot for pizza but they're very kind they're very friendly in there I have a very wide... range of stuff on the menu I definitely go check them out if you like pizza and you like subs and they have this thing calledthe Big Daddy it is so huge Read more

Ordered pizza at 6:50, the estimates delivery time was 8:10, the pizza was still not delivered at 9:15 and when I called the... restaurant to see about the order a rude young man answered and spoke to me in a condescending manner. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! I have ordered cheesy bread here before, and this is NOT it! Look at this sorry excuse!! No cheese for one,... and its burnt! We don't live very close so we didn't think to check the quality of our order right away since we've gotten thesebefore. Well now I will be checking from now on. On top of that when we called we were on hold for over 5 minutes, andeventually just had to call back. I'm so mad. What a waste of time, and money. Clearly whoever was working today doesn't knowhow to do their job! Read more

The woman who took my order was very friendly. I ordered a small two topping pizza and a drink for a total of 10 dollars with... tip. Obviously that makes me happy. But to back it up, the pizza was delicious. Read more
