Waited 1 hr 15 min and I called to see where pizza was. They are just so busy. Pizza arrived cold and cheese set up like it had... been in the refrigerator. Have ordered several times since owner changed and every time gets worse. I will not order againunless I hear that things have improved, but I doubt they will. Not only did deliver take 30 minutes more than they said, the food was cold, the pizza was borderline burnt, and the ?large?... fries was the size of a small fry you would get anywhere else. Ok, so delivery was late, at least bring food that doesn?t needre-cooked? This is the first and last time this place gets $25 for a pizza and fries. I feel offended and robbed from thisterrible decision I made. I guess you learn from your mistakes. This place is by far the worst place we hav tried in the entirearea. Hindsight 20/20 - I would have went to giant eagle and bought a billy boys pizza and frozen fries and it would have beenfar better. Read more
I ordered pickup but honestly wouldn't mind eating in their dining area because it's actually really nice and clean! The guy... that waited on me was super nice! I used to go to this pizza Joe's in the past frequently and the quality has become terrible. They did a really bad job on my... last pizza. Normally when a section of a pizza is missing cheese and sauce, they should just not give it to a paying customerand try again, especially at the high prices pizza Joe's charges. Very disappointed.
