It's the same as every other Subway I've been to, unfortunately. The order placed online is almost never done at the time... specified. My order is usually wrong in some way when I get it home, and most of the time they haven't even pulled the order offthe printer until I get there and ask for it (and I ordered it at least 25 mins before that), but today's order was the worst.All 3 sandwiches were wrong this time. One was wrong bread, one was missing the vegetables and one had only vegetables (and it'snot the first time). Seriously. I order every week, and I could be ok with some mess ups as we're all human, but it's all thetime, and it seems to be getting worse. It used to be one sandwich on the wrong bread almost every time. Now the wrong and lateorders by far outweigh good ones by about a 9/10. Read more
The two people helping me today at 6:30 on April 21 2022 DESERVE A RAISE!! the unfortunate events where a doordasher took... advantage of us and stole a sub and rummaged through the rest happened. After doing checks and all to make sure it was whathappened they litterally did everything they could to help me out.
