The food was good but online it says they are open till 11:00 pm. However, they were only allowing drive through at 10:15 when... we reached and they didn't allow us to eat inside. I stopped around 7:40 at night for fries and a smoothie. Get inside to find out that the smoothie machine is down, so i decide... to get a small shake instead. Their system was broken as well so you had to order on those little independent kiosk things andpay in card. Okay still not a big deal right?? 20 min in my number still isn?t even on the screen. Only 2 people had gottentheir food that whole time, and they walked out complaining how it took them 45 min for their food. I was on a time crunch so Iended up leaving w/ out my food. Not sure why anyone still eats at McDonald's. When traveling it's one of the only few choices that you have to eat at, without... sitting down in a full service restaurant. In the last 5 years they're quality has deteriorated. Most recently it's terribleregardless which one you eat at. The only thing worth while is there $1 any size drink. I guess the vehicle in front of us had a huge order. So everyone in the drive through had to pull to the side and wait.. Ordered 2 hash browns on the app. No one at the front counter would help me. I had to walk to the drive thru window. It was... 1040am in the morning. I really wanted lunch but they did not serve lunch at 1030am and beyond like normal locations. I was notimpressed by the management here. They could at least have 1 Customerservice individual at the FRONT COUNTER. Also the appcharged me 2x for the order. So this location sucks and I highly doubt I?ll come back. It's a good place to eat. My less than five stars is only because of ice cream or frozen drink machines being down a lot.... Otherwise, it's clean and a great choice. Read more
