The food was good. Service was ok, a little slow and they didn't offer a receipt.
Never a disappointment. One of few fast food in the area that always get the order correct.
Food quality varies from each location, as does service. Both were above average at this visit.
Clean and attractive dining area, and the food was really good. Their pecan chicken salad sandwich actually looks like the promo... picture, and it was delicious! Service was a little slow, and the fountain drink machine is out of order, but the employees werefriendly and helpful. Read more

After a short day of shopping we stopped for some nourishment and had a coupon for 2 can dine for $10.00,we each got a medium... drink,curly fries,roast beef and cheese sandwich and 6 mozzarella sticks to share. The food was very good ,fresh hot n juicy,itwas plenty for a lunch fill up at a great price.We will return even with out a coupon,for an another great lunchexperience. Did not stop to eat the sandwich until I got to my appointment. after taking two bites i noticed that thepeppers were very good but i asked myself WHERE'S THE BEEF!!! This sandwich had NO MEAT. What i did have was good, freshbun/roll and tasty peppers, not too filling. My wife said the chicken wrap was very good. We eat their often but will passby and visit the Arby's in Beckley for a while. The manager was working the front register, and everything was excellent. She didn't have a problem using the coupons we... brought. She knew what did and didn't come on the sandwich, and they arrived just as we ordered them. Life is good. Update11.17.2022 While the drive-through was busy the inside dining consisted of four customers, slow. The orders were deliveredquickly and correctly. We plan on a return soon.
