All of our food and drinks were right. Forgot our sauce. We did have to wait for 15-20 mins for our food. While the car behind... us was getting tons of Halloween buckets of food. And tons of drinks. We order before them. It wasn't as much as the car behindus. We should of got our food before them. Other than, that. Our food and drinks were good. I know my strawberry shake wasreally good. We stopped here for lunch on our trip to Virginia Beach. Service was quick and friendly. The sandwiches quarter pounder... w/cheese and fish filet were hot and fresh. French Fries were OK and needed salt. Men?s room needed attention. Overall a goodvisit. Read more
We were driving through from out of town and let me say, we were very disappointed. We ordered via the app which ended up... glitching on their end. Then it took forever for the food to be ready. Which there was only 1 small order ahead of mine. Thestaff didn't seem to know what was going on, at one point one of the employees told everyone to "quit making nuggets." They wereout of sweet tea in the dining room, and never went out to fill it up. The staff was mostly friendly, while most of the food wasterrible, the fries were decent. Read more
We order here regularly for a quick lunch or dinner. Last night I ordered two happy meals, with extra fries as the second side.... When I received my order there was only one fry in each box. I asked the boy and he asked the lady in front of the fries. Shethen stated it only come with one fry. I showed the app and she took two small fries and shoved them into a bag and threw thebag at the window attendant saying to just give me the fries. He looks shocked and shacks his head and said she?s mad. This wasone of the most unprofessional things I?ve ever experienced. The girls name was Danielle and I will definitely be sharing myexperience with others. It?s no way to conduct business. This is probably the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I am not anti-fast food like Squidward. This place is just genuinely... lacking... We?ve been here multiple times and received cold food. Coffee machine/hot cocoa is terribly cross contaminated. Meatis PINK! They somehow managed to even make the nuggets not taste right. I love McDonald?s, but we will not be returning to thisone... unless maybe under new management or ownership. If you want McDonald?s, go to the other one. It?s worth the extra mile ortwo. Only thing good they make at this McDonald's is ice cream. Any time I ask for fresh fries they leave me waiting for so long.... ,2-5 min is understandable but just to be spiteful is a while different thing. Read more
