The... lady working the front counter has phenomenal customer service skills, she made us feel like valued customers. Just got home from the drive through with completely WRONG order. I noticed the incorrect drink size on pickup and had that... corrected. Instead of large onion rings, I received poutine, instead of mushroom cheese burger I received something with spicyBBQ sauce and onion rings. NOT HAPPY AT ALL Read more

The day I went in here I had lunch with a family member and picked up an ice cream cake. The staff person I dealt with went to... the extreme to be friendly and to make sure we had a positive experience at this restaurant. We may have only had burgers andfries, but we were treated like we were dining in a fancy restaurant. I'm very unhappy that they originally put the 7 dollar chicken strip meal to 8 dollars but now they have totally got rid of it... completely!!! Not sure ill eat at DQ anymore now!
