I am only giving 1 star because of the customer service. Staff member was very friendly. Problem was I ordered a six inch sub.... The staff member grabbed th bread and cut about 1.5 inches off the bread. I said why did you do that? I would have eaten it. Theperson claimed that they couldn't do that or they could get in trouble. So I then asked, what do you do with the bread justthrow it away? The person said no I keep them for my break and they are yummy with honey mustard on them....so I don't sayanything but I am thinking....can't give the paying customer the extra bread but I can steal it and eat it on my break? Brutally slow service. Only stop in when going on road trips as it is local to my house. Seems as though there is never any... customers, however takes at least 15 minutes to get a sub. Last drive-threw experience, one vehicle ahead of me at the speaker,waited 15 minutes and they had not got order taken yet, I ended up reversing out the drive-threw. Today did an online order toavoid this, got the notification it was ready and when my spouse went in to collect our subs we were told they had not startedmaking them yet. As of writing this, 10 minutes have passed, she still does not have our food and there are no vehicles in theparking lot and none in the drive-threw. Might be time to hire more staff or replace the current ones. Read more

GO TO SACKVILLE OR BEDFORD. Horrible service. This is the third time I?ve been back to this location with the same problem. I... pay for double meat, I don?t get what I paid for. The first time this happened I went out of my way to go back, but I was metwith an argument, and a refusal to refund my purchase. This time, I have very little protein (I typically get more from aregular steak and cheese order at other locations than I do from a double meat order here) and my girlfriends order came nottoasted with no sauce. This place is a disgrace. It?s actually shameful how poor the service is here through mobile ordering.Places like this are the reason subway is dropping locations worldwide. JUST BECAUSE IT?S MINIMUM WAGE, DOESN?T MEAN IT?SMINIMAL EFFORT. BRUTAL. FIRE AND REHIRE. Read more

Really wish you could order gluten free subs through the app. This subway is hit or miss. You could either be able waiting a... long time to get a sub with no sauce even though you ordered two different sauces or you could get a decent sub. Really dependson who's working. Read more

Tonight I visited Subway Fall River, Nov22/21 after a long day at work. After ordering a sub and having it toasted it was time... to choose veggies. The lettuce was all brown and wilted. I asked for new lettuce and mentioned to staff that they should notserve rotten lettuce and all they said was ?NO that?s it, all the lettuce is the same? I was disgusted, isn?t subway suppose tobe fresh? I?m not sure if that was it for lettuce or if staff were to too lazy to get more. I really wish I took a picturebecause I pity anyone who went through the drive thru sight unseen and ordered lettuce. ???? Read more

I had a real problem with this Subway location and it was around the wait time. I went inside to place my order and there was... ONE person in the lineup in front of me, otherwise the place was customer empty. There was however, at least one car in thedrive thru, possibly two. The real problem was, there was only ONE employee on duty and it took forever for him to get to me. First he attended the customer in front of me then the drive thru. I am sure he was doing the best he could but after all he wasonly one person. Not the place for me or anyone to be if in a hurry. Read more
