Visited around 2:45PM as a party of 2 and were seated immediately. For drinks I ordered the River Queen and another I forget the... name of. For food I ordered the beet salad. It tasted good but I think they either put salt and pepper on it or the dressing wassalty. Nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas for shade. Read more

This was our favorite place in Beaver Creek Village. We had lunch there twice, only once did we have to wait 30 mins for food,... but everyone is having difficulties this year. We also had dinner there. The grilled cheese with the various add ins is to diefor!, the elk Chile is delicious as are the soups. Wild boar manicotti is yummy , the salmon and burgers are very good , but thevegan dessert and Apple strudel are absolutely delicious. The service and ambiance are lovely and the drinks are great. Mike was our server and was truly the perfect amount of attentive and respectful of our dining experience. The "host" (maybe... even manager?) Was also a delight -- so warm & welcoming. My husband and I love elk, so got everything we could: chili, tacos &meatloaf. The chili was absolutely the best I've ever had and the meatloaf -- there are no words. An enjoyable evening with a fantastic waiter and good food. I ordered the pan fried trout. I would not recommend this dish as... this technique left it dry to my my taste. However, when I mentioned this the waiter he directed me to the lamb and brought me aplate in minutes. Perfectly done and beautifully plated. Thanks Fred.
