Fantastic dining experience from start to finish and certainly a great pick for a special occasion. Excellent service from... entire staff, classy and calm ambience and exceptional food. This restaurant is on higher end in terms of pricing but you willleave deeply satisfied. Read more

Mixed feelings based on the price. It’s certainly fine dining, but not entirely clear if it’s worth it. The asparagus soup... is fantastic. 10/10. The lemon dessert with the fennel ice is likely the best dessert I have ever eaten. The rest of our mealwas unimpressive, including the insanely priced diver sole. The wine selection was fair, but also pricey. For the hundreds ofdollars we spent, I expected the fish, salad, and gnocchi to be much better. Read more

Was a very nice dinner. BETTER than the last time, 3 yrs ago... Dover sole was beautifully presented but slightly over cooked... and tough. Cocktails and bartender were exceptional! The staff in general were great. Read more

A great fine dining option when visiting Beaver Creek. Classic, but inspired cuisine, expertly prepared and served. We dined at... Splendido over 10 years ago and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was still there. We enjoyed a great meal there in 2022.We look forward to returning next time we're in the area Read more

Although there was a little bit of wait for our table, it was understandable given it was a special day with fully booked... tables. The service was phenomenal and very attentive from the start to finish despite this. If you are okay with spending 2+hours enjoying the food, it shouldn't be a problem, but if you expect to get a quick food service, probably not the right place. The complementary valet was also very nice. Rack of lamb was very well cooked and my husband said it was one of the best he had,and the lemon soufflé was just to die for! Price is definitely on the higher side, but it is worth a visit for a specialoccasion. Read more

Not sure, just not a fan of restaurants that are so in your face over the top sticking it to you price wise. 95% Splendido's... dishes randomly include foi gras and obligatory truffles. All that's left is for Splendido to go ???? Salt Bae and crust thesteaks in gold dust. The waiter flippantly stated if you want Risotto -you have to order the truffles. Look at that Branzino inthe picture? From someone who lives in Florida and spends time in the keys that is a bit of a joke. The rib eye was delicious,an excellent cut. (Just missing the gold dust) they did sneak in cavier sprinkled over the chives in a very ordinary doublebaked potato. The lemon dessert was very good and was the highlight. Unfortunately my wife loves the place and we'll bereturning next trip. It is a beautiful setting. Read more
