Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes when there were only 2 cars and they took the persons order that came after me... first and made me wait longer. My husband had to go inside just to get our order and it still took them almost another 15minutes. Read more

My family and I walked into Burger King at 9pm. We all had separate orders, the manager Samantha refused to serve my sister... because it was 9:02pm and she was the last one of us to order so only part of my family got there orders. The lobby closes at 10so she was refusing to serve us when they were open. She was extremely rude and knew we came in as a group. If this how thisBurger King is run, we will never be back there. After ordering and them collecting our money we remained in their parking lot for 30 mins and counting waiting on our food and... drinks. I can understand understaffed but, 5 people has already gotten their orders knowing ours only consisted of 3 burgers andsome fries and 3 drinks. Extremely upset. Read more
Please tell me why this fast food is here in town? It IS THE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST BURGER KING IN AMERICA. They are... perpetually slow inside and drive-thru. The organizational skills of the managers are that of a 2nd grader. No order, nocommunication amongst workers. They are ALWAYS wrong w the orders, always confused. I like the Ham and Cheese Croissants, as long as my cheese is not melted, but not cold! When this Burger King first opened here,... everytime I got a croissant they were way too hot and the cheese was way too melted. I never complained though because thisBurger King is still fairly new. Last Monday, I went an d got two Ham and Cheese Croissants and someone actually got it right!!I really like this place and I hope everybody that stops here will be patient with these guys, the person that takes your moneyin the drive thru has to run up to the next window and grab your food as well. That person is running back and forth all daylong and I can only imagine how frustrating that would be for them! It is most likely due to staff shortage, so I am verypatient with them!
