Need more crew members to get the food out faster. Need the workers they have to pay attention to detail and make sure the... orders are correct. Almost every order we get, we're missing something or something isn't made right. But when the order comesout, in a decent amount of time, and is made correct... it's pretty good. Order for keto meal. Ordered enough to fill a cow and got enough fill a cat. Asked if that was correct. Took the bowl back and... dumped it into a larger bowl and handed it back. Wasn't even correct order. Only getting a 2 star because drive thru girl wasnice. Cooks seem to upset them. Read more

Dined in on a Monday for lunch. Place was empty except one other person who was already seated eating. Stood at the counter for... a few minutes with several staff noticing me but not greeting or offering to wait on me. Finally noticed the computers where youcan order your own food. Took it upon myself to order through it since no one else was interested in assisting me. If this isthe way you order there, why not place a simple sign asking customers to order their own food. Once food was ordered, took aseat and food came out relatively quick but no drinks. Had to ask for cups. Drink dispenser was disarrayed and dirty. Amplestock of condiments, napkins, cup lids and straws. Trash can was nearly empty so that was good. Lobby/dining room seem clean anddim lit (per decor choice).
